A fixed minimum charge of €125 applies to all work requested that falls outside of normal hosting and email support (unless already subscribed to a monthly maintenance package) – this includes all exploratory work to uncover the cause of any issues reported. All SEO, Marketing, Graphic and Web Design/Maintenance work required must be submitted under this department. Standard hourly billing rates apply for all work outside of any agreed warranty or maintenance arrangements. ** By requesting support work be carried out on your website, you hereby acknowledge the following terms and permit full access to your web hosting account. You also permit Heaventree to amend any passwords, files and code we deem necessary in order to carry out your request. Where repairs, bug fixes, updates or additions to a website are requested, you may expect some disruption to the site while we carry out the requested work. This can lead to downtime in some cases ** Please allow up to 24hrs for a ticket response. -At weekends allow up to 48-72hrs for a response.
