How to access your email accounts from your Dashboard
If you need to access your email accounts and settings from within your dashboard, follow these simple instructions. If you have any issues, please submit a support ticket.
- From your dashboard
- Go to My Services
- Click on "Heaventree Complete Host" manage
- You will See "quick links"
- Click on "email"
- New window opens
- You will see all current email accounts listed
- You can view mailbox usage, access webmail and change email passwords from here
- In there you will see the list of Emails and underneath each one, you will see "connect Devices “which will give you instructions on how to set up your email on various devices and programmes
- Then click on "set up mail client"
- In there you will see an automatic link for each device type (except Android) - you can choose outlook
